1. Who we are

XOYO is a software service for venues. The company providing the service is named on the Company details page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the people you give access to your system and for keeping passwords and two-factor codes safe.

3. Trial and payment

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. After the trial the subscription is paid in advance by card, monthly or yearly. If a payment is not made, the system switches to read-only mode until it is.

4. Price changes

We tell you about any price change for your plan at least 30 days before it applies to you.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into XOYO. You can export it at any time, including after the subscription ends. We delete it after the retention period stated in the Data processing agreement.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times and announce planned maintenance in advance.

7. Ending the agreement

You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

These terms are governed by the law stated on the Company details page.
